      Pros

      There are tons of opportunites at Halliburton if you're fortunate enough to be on the right radars. Internal movement was often about who you know.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility with schedule. The bonus was completely at the CEO's whim, even though they tried to justify it with some formula which I don't think even a person with a degree from MIT could comprehend.
