Pros

Well respected in the market. Technically sound product portfolio. Staff work well as a team and are prepared to help each other out.

Cons

Management is absent at times and doesn't provide the direction or support needed. Complex product that that market is slow to adopt. Compensation can be managed poorly at times.

Pros

Overseas training opportunities Career growth (even very slow at times) Some opportunities to work overseas

Cons

Management is very cautious about increasing salaries. You have to have some unbelievable performance in order to get some more money. Even if you show very good job performance they do not rush to boost your wages. They try to find some excuses in order to delay your salary increase. Managers get annual cash bonuses if they save more money and the best way to save the money is to cut it from employees' salaries...very efficient way indeed :)
