Pros

Job security, good company to start with, field experience

Cons

No diversity in terms of job experience, company cut bonuses and doesn't take care of it's employees, promotes employees that may not deserve promotion simply for "diversity"

low pay, long hours

Pros

Plenty of opportunity for hours as they always have jobs running in west Texas. Opportunity for advancement for hard workers.

Cons

Very low pay, no one wants to get to know you until you prove you will stay with them for awhile. Takes very long hours to earn any money. Everyone on your crew has a different deal. Some are getting hotels and meals while others are expected to relocate on their own.

Pros

It is busy right now; benefits are ok; a lot of long time employees, which is encouraging; my office environment sucks though

Cons

Too process oriented; too much paperwork; too many matrix bosses; not trusting and a little cut throat.
