      Great benefits, good pay, locations throughout U.S., nice work facilities, lots of policies in place in employees' favor but you must learn them to use them, opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Lack of teamwork and many people point fingers elsewhere just to take blame off themselves. Can people not admit when they make a mistake? Everyone copies everyone on emails. Difficult to transfer for office personnel if moving to another state
