Pros

So many areas to go to, if leadership will allow it.

Cons

Halliburton is doing less and less for its employees and doesn't think highly of retention. Instead it will spend lots of money on training

Pros

Oil and Gas Servicing will be a quite prosperous industry in the next decades. Halliburton as one of the leading company established a complete systematic management system to facilitate bushiness running and save APEX and OPEX. Also it provides lots of personal career developing opportunities.

Cons

The pay structure of Halliburton is considered as under paid compared to peer companies. New technology center opened in Singapore recently, there will go through a tough period to establish infrastructure and standard process. Friction can not be avoided during this process.

Pros

the benefits are good like health, vision, dental, stocks and co-workers are nice and friendly

Cons

Marketing management has issues, they are headed in the wrong direction and I hope that executive management takes notice before it is too late.
