Pros

Best place to test and prove yourself early in career and settle down in well regulated corporation later in career. You can improve your knowledge in Oil&Gas industry in one of the world’s leading companies. You always going to be encouraged to improve your expertise and you’ll be able to improve company processes on any position.

Cons

In my experience only downside was lack of fast track career ways for high potential motivated employees. So you should consider it as a marathon where you can’t move between positions too fast.

I enjoyed my fellow employees, my salary, and my benefits. I really enjoyed working here.

Cons

They're getting into some of this diversity/gender stuff. Not so much on the diversity, as we already have a worldwide crew, but promoting woment who don't have the experience, knowlege, or wisdom to do the job vs other well qualifed people.
