Just makes u work hard for their own benefit .

Cons

Misogynist & Toxic environment. Not safe for women employees to work at senior levels due to fragile male-ego at management level. Man-child are managing the organisation with no long-term vision. The mentioned policies & rules are only to scared ppl but nothing is being followed. No due diligence on vendors, managers seek their shares for offering work to vendors at high price and every at management enjoys the margins. The company might be good at global level, but India is big dirty pond.
