Pros

Since Halliburton is a multinational company, Halliburton applied gender equality properly. There are menstruation and pregnancy leaves, nursing room, and policies that supports gender equality. The health insurance is good too. Halliburton Management System is a complete set of great policies that support the employees in work and work-related activities.

Cons

The Halliburton overall have amazing management system. But the implementation in Indonesia still needs a lot of improvement. Especially in people management, including day-off policies, fatigue management, career path, and lack of appreciations. For some divisions, the cash expense process takes too long (1-3 months).
