Pros

This is a company that really treats you well in those things that are not salary related and that do not really affect your performance. If you are looking for a place to lay low and have time to do other things outside work, this place is great. There are a lot of things you can dedicate yourself in the social side and the company promotes and supports time off for helping the community. Also if you get bored with your position you are encouraged to move around which is very good, you might even be considered for international moves. Benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Do not think you will ever be valued or treated better than your job level. Your manager will try to do your job more often than expected and then blame you for not doing it right. There is a lot of inconsistency on how things are done and nobody really cares. Processes are different even for the same stuff which creates a lot of confusion. Not a lot of people gets authorized to work from home and if you do, don't expect to have good support. The IT department is not behind the times, it's behind the computer age, which leads to a lot of anachronistic features, like you are not allowed to listen to music at your workstation.
