A Place to Learn and Grow with Many Buts

Pros

A good place to gather experiences from areas such as planning, estimation, resource destribution, project management althought not always in the positive scenarios but learning from "what not to do"s is also a good experience to have and carry on to future careers. The brand is sound and widely known and could act as a stepping stone to further one's career.

Cons

The pay is not always the best. Be prepared to work long and odd hours. The management/business really need to know what directly they are heading to and clearly define a path for the rest of the team to follow.

Pros

Was a descent salary for what you were actually doing, but more of a telemarketer at times though not a bad place as long as your get a good group of coworkers

Cons

Like i said before it seemed like more of a telemarketing job than anything else. Also hours were crazy and could change at any time.
