Pros

Focus on work life balance. There are continual efforts to create a more holistic work environment which focuses on family as well as social life instead of all work.

Cons

There is limited career growth opportunities for those ambitious high flyers. The organization structure is quite deep and not easy to penetrate into higher management

Pros

the incentive plan is a way to make extra money.

Cons

the policies and procedures are soooo inconvenient, the customers will yell at YOU about them(and you will agree). Management is usually a recent college grad. who went through a "program" and has no experience.
