Share Save scheme. CSR activity. 10 days core leave. Exposure to client and opportunity for Global moment at discretion of senior management. Salary package quite low. Good Job security

Cons

Reporting lead to manager do not give right feedback of employee. Great politics played to save senior position person head.

Pros

Great- My experience was very good- I was interviewed by two people and had to give many examples of customer service

Cons

The bank was not busy, therefore it was kind of boring sometimes. There was a lot of downtime, which sounds cool, but after a while it gets very very boring.
