Pros

- I had a VP who was given great working hour flexibility during his wife's pregancy - Workload is relatively less than bulge brackets

Cons

- Compensation and advancement is on the slow track - Meritocracy is minimal - You may be stuck there, as the market find you less competitive than other banks

Pros

- Not much pressure - Excellent leave policy - 5 weeks of paid leave!

Cons

- Too much disparity in pay - Promotions are based on opportunities available or through upward management. Performance based promotions happen, but less - Senior Management is not respectable - they should be groomed!
