Pros

Was hardly stressed while working, the people were really friendly. I worked on quite a few significant projects, and felt like a valued team member.

Cons

The tasks I did could have been much more challenging. Also, it appeared that there was hardly any socialising among different teams.

Pros

I think the best reasons to work at HSBC Holdings are they provide medical benefit and overtime allowance. People seem to be happy if stock option is granted.

Cons

Poor management with unsatisfied performance evaluation process. Overtime is always horrible and no dinner time is allowed during overtime. Employees are not expected to leave on time right agreed on the contract.
