Pros

- Consider good work-life balance - Best place to work especially for senior SE level above position. - MSC Status company - On job training provides - Most of the senior SE willing to teach you a lot.

Cons

- Salary is the lowest if compare to same batch of Software Engineer in Malaysia. - HR not so efficient and responsive. - Yes, MSC status company(says only), employees wont get any benefit from there. - You wont get approve of the training if there is not related to your current project, just because of the cutting cost reason, but your boss always ask you to enhance yourself.

Pros

The management respects and promotes diversity.

Cons

No salary raises even though the net profit increases quarter after quarter. Inflation raises, prices raise, school and college fee raise, executive bonuses raise but no salary hikes. Management knows due to current unemployment levels, people are ready to work at the same pay or even less. So exploitation continues.
