Pros

Good work life balance. Exposure to international colleagues. Online learning opportunities. Ability to ask senior management questions online. Flexible work timings and work from home options.

Cons

Very few opportunities for young talent. Archaic senior management. Very little accountability of managers to senior management makes for oppressive work environment.

Pros

The employee benefits package is fairly decent.

Cons

The incentive bonus pay from the company(if you hit your monthly dollars collected), is not worth the hard work and pressure you deal with daily. You are better off with another company.
