Pros

The company offers very competitive benefits and pay as compared with other simi;lar companies; their time off policy was very fair and flexiible.

Cons

Support was required 24/7 and the calls could be very frustrating. There were too many groups and communications were at times very poor. There were many interruptions during a work day and it was hard to get work done.

Pros

The pay is fairly decent. The company offered nice benefits which were very competitive compared to other similar companies. Time off was also good.

Cons

Too big in many ways so one group often wasn't in sync with another regarding company objectives. Company demanded a lot and you were subject to a lot of lunch time meetings and late meetings past 5pm. Too many emails, sametime messages, and meetings which interfered getting work done during the day. Too much red tape. The business often did not know their own business.
