Pros

HSBC is good in taking care of their employees. They are generous with their employees, and the benefits.

Cons

They should have be fair with regard to the holiday pay. It is not the same compare to the my previous employer. With my previous employer, whether you’re on leave, day off and on rest days, they still give you the right holiday pay(regular holiday). Also, some of the management seems to power tripping the other employee.
