Pros

-Don't have to be the sharpest tool in the shed to stand out -Generally very nice colleagues -External recruits are finding solutions for the business

Cons

-Most (not all) of risk management is clueless -3rd tier banking franchise which is years behind competitors (though certain groups with external recruits are much more competitve)

Pros

Logevity, penshionable, flexiblility and nice work place. Good prospect for higher band workers

Cons

Poor pay for lower band workers-same with all banks though, too much laterally movement before an upwards movememnt.
