Pros

- Good pay for entry level jobs; - No absurd goals for bank tellers, like many other banks have; - Really good benefits, with matching RRSP and TFSA, including for part-time employees; - Good career path progression, if you are willing to move around; - Really good people (team dependent).

Cons

- Too much bureaucracy which makes your job slower; - Depends heavily on an inefficient back office team, everything takes forever to get done and they hardly ever hear you. - At times it feels that no one knows what is going on, how specific things are done, or why they are done that way. - General lack of support; - Incredibly old technology.
