Pros
1. Great place to work, lot of flexibility and freedom for employees on Shifts, Timings, Cab's etc., 2. Plenty of opportunities to learn and lot of resources there to help. 3. No. 1 company in PC business so great company for sales peoples.
Cons
1. Lot of management politics like every other corporate's. 2. I am part of GBS shared services organization even thought we used to most of works from our BU we are getting paid in penny's when comparing with them. 3. Lot of Work force reduction in recent times so less job security HP used to be best company in job security but in recent times it has been totally changed. If you are looking for a place to where there is lot of employee freedom and learning when pay is not a concern then HP is a great place for you. If you are looking for decent pay man you are walking in the wrong road.
