      Work in a global company that deals with technology and innovation. A place that values the employees and enable life-work balance

      Cons

      Big company with some old-process and somethimes old mindset. Also need improvement to be able to be more agile in product development.

      Pros

      A lot of people that have worked here 20+ years is a testament to the type of company this is. Flexible schedule, good work-life balance. Stressful at times but a great sense of working as a team to solve complex problems. Company pays for time spent volunteering (up to 4 hours/month). Work from home when necessary.

      Cons

      Management is resistant to change; projects move slowly as they make their way through gated processes. Still behind the curve with respect to benefits and salary, but pros make up for cons.
