      If you're persistent and engaged, you can get a lot of independence. Big focus on mentoring and lots of opportunities for people eager to change business units, roles, locations. Amazing corporate culture, focus on CSR.

      Cons

      The atmosphere, benefits, cadence of work - all depends on your location, business unit and then the manager you report to. You can end up with a lot of freedom and space to grow, or being micromanaged constantly. The compensation is lower than the market average.
