Pros

Unlimited Paid Time Off plus holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years off. Good perks and a really relaxed atmosphere. Good parental leave. Hybrid work model is very nice. It's a good place to stay for a while, most of my coworkers have been there for 30+ years.

Cons

Pay could be better and the Boise office in particular is kinda depressing. It's dark and filled with gray cubicles that have been there since the 90s, nothing like other tech company offices I've visited.
