      Pros

      One of the best companies to work nowadays. Amazing benefits, freedom and a great atmosphere overall. Real flexible schedule and huge transversal activities.

      Cons

      Salaries, at least for data science / analytics, are still not aligned with the market. It's a very big company, so it's easy to feel frustated sometimes by the processes.
