      Pros

      Incredible opportunities and tools to keep learning. Job position as challenging as you want to make it. There's always room to go the extra mile. Diversity and inclusion are present every day. Events and meetings are performed often to reinforce this message. Medical assistance in the workplace. Great food service. Great facilities, clean, nice and comfortable. Car company granted if your position qualifies. Company phone and company computer. Great benefits, paid time off and reasonable flexibility.

      Cons

      At certain departments, older employees slow down continuous improvement, and new energetic employees have to work double to get things done. (Not the same on every department) This is according to my personal experience, but I will say that this is not common. A growth mindset is encouraged by the company but not always followed by employees.
