      High autonomy at work, given liberty to deep dive on things. Pretty nice work life balance. Business travels are common, exposure is there.

      Cons

      Relatively slow pace, compensation is below market average.

      Pros

      The HP way. Something you would only understand if you work here. Work environment is super-relax (most of the time) People/co-workers are extremely friendly (90% of them) and helpful Interesting projects to work on (who knew that printing could be so challenging) Company is growing Staff and management seem to be very involved in company growth but also employees personal and professional development High chances of developing a career and change positions within the same company in different business sections or geographical locations

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than the competition, but it compensates with a nice work environment.

      - Amazing, friendly work environment - Support of personal development - International travel; stay at very nice hotels - Excellent salary/benefits - Encouragement to explore, invent, come up with new ideas - Understanding of "real life" situations that come up; management very supportive of any problems/difficulties in personal life

      Cons

      Very rushed product development; need more forecasting and less reaction
