      Work life balance; colleagues are easy going . Most of the managers are supportive for employees' career plan

      Cons

      Not much innovation ! Most of the product development are following the market trend. You may be disappointed if you prefer to work on something innovative and impactful.

      Pros

      Working at HP INC has been the best place I have worked for. I have had the opportunity to work with people all over the world, learn about first class supply chain processes, engineering, and quality. Their work/life balance is great.

      Cons

      As an exempt employee, I do have the flexibility of work hours but at the same time I am expected to work out of normal office hours if needed.
