We appreciate all of your feedback. Thanks for your list of “Pros” – we particularly noted your comment about “Upward mobility for high performers…” – as we are building excellence and we have a high-performing culture, we are happy for you that you experienced this positive environment.
We know that working in a global professional services firm that cares about its Clients and its People hours may be unusual. Of course, we continue to improve to get a better work-life balance, as HKA is a People Business and it makes sense to keep looking after our People who are at the very heart of all we do.
We continue on our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion journey…so we know there is still more to do here. Pleasingly, in our annual global employee survey, our score for this question was 8.3 out of 10, with an 89% participation rate:-
“HKA supports ED&I”
And 8.6 out of 10 for “At HKA, people of all backgrounds are accepted for who they are”
And 8.1 out of 10 for “ I believe HKA is a diverse workplace”…
…always more to do personally and collectively on ED&I in the world and HKA.
