Pros

Small enough to feel like part of a family, big enough to win the major engagements. Truly committed to flexible working and working from home, focus on delivery not office presence. Systems that work and a support team the best I have ever seen. Feels like a start-up in terms of innovation and energy.

Cons

One month in and I wouldn’t want to change anything. Except maybe the timesheet torture that is the bane of every consultancy.
