Great to read that you are pleased with our “good flexible hybrid working policies”. We value our people so much that while we enjoy working together in person, we also see the benefits of colleagues working from home/remotely too. Especially lovely to note you said “good company with good people…skilled professionals…competitive pay” – thank you. Thanks for sharing your views on the Cons. We respect that this is your view, yet we do see our Private Equity investors slightly differently, particularly as we also have a large % of our Partners owning HKA which brings a very healthy dynamic to our progress. We are always grateful for the financial capital that our PE investors have given us and continue to give us; as this helps us to grow and improve. Like any Board, they are our “critical friends” with the motives to push for more progress to help our Clients, our People, and our Business Performance. Ultimately we think our People including our global Partner team and with our Private Equity investors are a winning combination for HKA and gives us an even better and bigger future.
