      Pros

      Our leadership, our people and culture are a super plus for HKA. We have brilliant, engaged people who care. This is evidenced in our numerous industry awards (Who's Who Legal) and our internal people engagement score (8.0/10). I am proud to work along with such high performing teams which continuously inspire me to bring my best self to work. Diversity and Inclusion is a strong focus for HKA. I am made to feel included at all times. There is much to do in this area and at HKA I see we are investing in a number of initiatives to continue to improve ED&I. I am excited about the future at HKA as we have much more to achieve and realise our full potential.
