Worst Raises Ever

Pros

I love most of the people I work with in our original three offices (we were acquired by HKA). They are respectful, helpful, intelligent, insightful and fun.

Cons

The yearly raises, even when you've had glowing reviews and worked incredibly hard, are lower than raises I received teaching public school.
