I've worked at HKA for over 5 years and it is a great company to work for. Leadership strives to create a cohesive and collaborative environment where everyone can excel and do their best.

Cons

HKA requires a lot from their employees in terms of expertise and desire to continually improve. This can be difficult at times but the challenge and end result is you get better at your job.

Salary was competitive for the role

- It did not matter what you can do, but whether you can be politically liked - A lot of the support functions were led by people who should not be at that senior role - Allergic to improvement and working to get to best standards - not a place of excellence or talent
