Dear Colleague, Firstly many thanks for everything you did for HKA during your six years working with us. I note you are now a former employee so I wish you all the very best for your future. Thank you for noting that HKA has great people; which I agree with. I am sorry that you feel there was "poor oversight and inadequate support". I respect that these are your feelings; notwithstanding that, I do see this differently. Progressive and continuous improvement!

Pros

HKA is putting diversity and inclusion at the top of its business agenda. It is being very authentic in the approach to make the business a great and inclusive place for all colleagues. A special bonus to thank all non-Partner colleagues has been greatly appreciated. The last year through the pandemic has been especially challenging for a number of colleagues and it is great to see an employer genuinely put the welfare and happiness of its people first.

Cons

Still working through a pandemic so not able to travel and meet colleagues in person.

I was so happy for you to read your post; especially that you see HKA is putting the health and wellbeing of our brilliant people first. Also I was pleased to see that you think we are making progress on equality, diversity and inclusion. We have really engaged and clever team members helping us make our continuous improvement journey on this important topic. I am sorry that currently meeting colleagues in person is very difficult. Great projects to work on, collaborative teams, global outlook from each office and wide ranging service lines lead to interesting careers, challenging and enjoyable work

As with any business nothing is perfect but company focus has and does look to address these

Good to read that you have so many positives about HKA and you certainly know us well with your ten plus years service. Thank you for all your achieve to make HKA successful and to help us improve. Please also stay with us! I agree with your "Advice to Management" to keep focusing on our continuous improvement. We do have a really healthy approach to moving forward positively. In addition, as we are growing as a Company we can hire more brilliant and diverse colleagues to add to our culture and to bring more good practice into HKA.
