Firstly many thanks for everything you did for HKA during your six years working with us. I note you are now a former employee so I wish you all the very best for your future.
Thank you for noting that HKA has great people; which I agree with.
I am sorry that you feel there was "poor oversight and inadequate support". I respect that these are your feelings; notwithstanding that, I do see this differently. I also know that the vast majority of our colleagues in HKA are most positive about our successful, growing, and improving organization – I know this from discussions with colleagues and also our annual global colleague survey where our colleagues scored the following questions:
“HKA encourages good ethical business practices” 8.7/10 score from our colleagues
“Overall, how satisfied are you working at HKA” 7.9/10 score from our colleagues
“How likely is it you would recommend HKA as a place to work” 7.8/10 score from our colleagues
“Employee health and wellbeing is a priority at HKA” 8/10 score from our colleagues
“My manager provides me with the support I need to complete my work” 8.3/10 score from our colleagues
“My manager cares about me as a person” 8.4/10 score from our colleagues
