Business Outlook
Pros
In compliance with the company they are contracting for, they keep the office pretty comfortable. Free fruit, bagels, coffee, etc. The fellow employees are nice, and management is (for the most part) understanding and easy to work with. I find the work interesting as well, although many do not.
Cons
The pay is low and doesn't increase, without a promotion to Team Lead. This leads to large amounts of turnover. Morale is low between much of the staff as a result.
