      Good for people who do not have experience or education at all.

      Cons

      The position that you sign up for does not mean it's the position that you will do. They might tell you that you have to take training, provide you, with training that is worth 20K in exchange for a certain time contract, for blah blah blah 😑 that's a lie they probably will give you a cheap video about Python to do. the website they will provide you with is 100% free for all employees. and you might end up working with things does not require all the waster people who do not have knowledge/education outside of what they are doing. Btw the Compensation/Salary is a Joke.

      Flex but depends on the client Management wont care about you so handle yourself with care by yourself Got 13th salary end of year

      Cons

      No bonus No fixed increment (once in 3 years - less than 3%) No extra benefits only standard/normal one
