If you have a strong team, that would be the only Pro

Cons

Way too many. No communication, lack of caring about employees, not allowing teams to talk to each other. Their "culture" is the worst, they have no morals, they lie, they don't do what their contract states, the list is endless. Don't work for them and if you are an employer, don't hire them.
