pay varies greatly for same job duties, I work on a L1 desk with a $12,000 salary difference amongst those performing the same duties and performance level poor work/life balance HR is very difficult to contact and will treat you like a another number

-Managers are removed from the employees who report to them. -It's "our way or the highway" for the most part even though they have all this "Work Smarter" mantra and focus on "Ideapreneurship" (whatever that is) -It's all about HCL's bottom line. If they can save a few bucks all the better for them. -They have their own form of English. They make up words that don't exist. They expect you to figure out their HR and work policies through osmosis, nobody really explains anything.
