      Pros

      You get a decent Health package and the 401k matching is nice. There are plenty of online resources available for eLearning and advancing your own skills.

      Cons

      Getting assistance from peers and senior management on unclear tasks is often difficult. Often placed on a new project that may or may not have anything to do with what you were originally hired for.

      Job security. They won't fire you or lay you off. Will find you a project if the current project gets over. But the positives stop there.

      Cons

      Miserly. Will nickel and dime you. No work life balance. The worst thing - the support functions such as HR, Travel desk, immigration desk are the worst in the world. Will take a month just to get a letter from HR.
