Oppurtunities to grow higher beyond any boundations, the company is yet to grow to maxim process wise as compared to other indian counterparts like TCS/Infy hence provides lots of oppurtunites to excel and move up the ladder.

Cons

Yet to achive the IT status unlike other IT Cos...Project management is yet in evolving stage.

Best place to take rest. Nobody is there to monitor whether you are comming office or not? be pro-active to get into a project.

Cons

no work at all. Fake candiate are more. only support project. More politics among employee, particularly on senior level. No facility at all. Ask for proper position during HR interview. Nobody is there to listien after you join,
