      Good Medicaim facilities, employee stock options, If you are client side then depends on client location.

      Pathetic management, worst HR ever faced. On Boarding is also pathetic, they say you something else and when you join they pay something else. Poor appraisals, no growth. No learning. Team leads don't listen to you, they just want to fire the gun from your shoulder. On boarding experience was the worst of all. They never inform anything in advance, everything on last moment and make us rush like dogs. Also fire people without any proper reason.

      Good exposure to technology. Salary on time. Yearly parties and team picnics.

      Cons

      When they hire you you will be told that the weekly offs depends on the client requirement. It could be either 5 or 6 days working. On the contrary none of their sites have 5 days working. Even if the client doesn't demand 5 days HCL will make you work 6 days citing client requirement. The worst part is you fill attendance for only 5 days and the 6th day goes unaccounted. There is no compensatory off provided for the 6th day you work and no additional allowances. There is no body willing to address this problem cause if there is a change for some then it would have to be done for all. This leaves all new joiners cheated. The fact is all the sites run at 70% of the capacity and then reasons are cited as staffing issues.

      self learning no one will guide you even if you are fresher

      Cons

      no development work mostly...even if it come old folks in the project will take... very poor appraisal system... most of the money is in the bonus... only 2 people in the team will get the 100% bonus [old folks] Difficult to change the project....
