Pros
1. There is no much Pros.. you get some benefits based on your project ( based on client culture like work from home, )
Cons
1. There is no big salary Hike. ( Hikes are negligible ) 2. Less leaves and there is restriction to take it ( Based on project billing ). Sometime manager asks reason for leave. 3. Onsite opportunity , salary hike, appraisal not based on you skill set, performance and effort. Its purely based on your relation with management.
