Pros

Health Insurance Bennefits - HCL offers great options for Health Benefits with low Employee costs

Cons

Everything Else - Salary is a Joke most People are being paid less than 75% of Fair Market Value, I have received Great Reviews and never got more than a 1% pay increase for the Year and Barely make more than when I started 4 years ago. Very Limited Time off only 10 days PTO shared No Separate Sick Leave, Many Promotions are Superficial and Exploitative they offer promotions but no Salary increase to match the title there are several Managers and Team leads making the same or just more than their Employees. Many positions are reserved for H-1B visa employees from India

Pros

I cannot think of one positive thing to say about this company. Other than possibly if they get out of the way and let you provide for the client that experience can be rewarding.

Cons

This company has zero regard for their employees.Personally I can't say that I was treated in a negative manner however as management I was asked to treat employees as if we were in India. I understand that in that culture the class system is set and no one would dare question management. However that does NOT fly here. It is poor practice. If you want to improve processes and increase the value of a job you collaborate the folks in the trenches. You take it in from a hands on perspective and you figure out how to make their job more streamlined based on what they do, not some vision of a guy who is so far removed from day to day that he doesn't even realize his way is completely asinine. Their dismissal of issues when brought to HR I found to be disrespectful at every level. Form a fiscal stand point they are extremely insulting as well. In general if that level of management were in the states, there would be some "Come to Jesus Meetings" to hash things out on a regular basis.

Cons

Unclear and deliberately omitting many aspects of the contract during induction process Unable to provide the career advancement highly sponsored during induction process Unable to provide trainings advertised during induction process Unable to provide clear information to employees during the whole duration of employment Hideous ways of communicating to the employees (omitting a wide span of information that should be granted) HR department that is more Resource than Human under almost every aspect Below average health coverage with incompetent medical personnel Technical trainings highly advertised but rarely delivered Little to no chance of improving skill set No real career advancements whatsoever Heavily biased behaviour based on nationalities Payslips usually wrong and unclear Mob-like management deliberately denying chances to valuable persons in order to favour some others based on personal preferences as well as nationality Non clear organisation about who is supposed to do what, usually being contradictive one of another "Punishing" regular workers by denying benefits instead of being assertive of the usual black sheeps which are constantly on sick leave especially on Mondays and Fridays
