HCL is a dynamic company, with pockets of excellence. It offers a very enterprising culture from work perspective. HCL can keep you occupied 24x7 if you have passion. Only aspect you shouldn't demand is a corresponding reward, as that's when the incompetent management tries to step in and politics starts.
