Seriously, do not hire HCL for your IT needs.. Yes you will save money but I guarantee that you will lose your good employees because of HCL . You will also receive many complaints by your company employees/users.. They have no experience, lazy and don't care to learn from their mistakes . Who said that Indians are hard workers? SIKE- I have MANY years working with Indian outsourced companies.. I just don't understand why USA companies keep hiring them. KEEP JOBS IN AMERICA!!

Pros

Big client names, lots of work to do

Majority of the company and team is based in India. Would receive alot of pressure for things done immediately for each client and constant escalation to my director. Would receive calls any time from 5AM till 10PM and expected to get things fixed there and then. Colleagues were aggressive and not a environment I would ever choose to work in. The worst thing is, from day 1 your team and colleagues will tell you exactly what to expect and that its the culture and ways of working. One day closed my laptop and never opened it again. Was also told not to express my sexual orientation as people would not understand it.
