Nice Onsight Opportunities. Easy environments of work & good exposure/liberty to observe and learn and only iff the project requires you badly. No gain even if there's a pain so the rest is assured and high job security. Global leadership/Amazingly talented/top notch leadership qualities comprise the top level management.
Cons
Uncertain variations in the packages of employees sitting on the same band/working in equally rated projects technically. Yes, The project assignments to the hires could get inappropriate in some cases. Politics grow inevitably in the forums of the middle level management. Unhealthy clouds due to lack of process addressing burning issues; Middle level management: Insensitive to employee needs or concerns, non-transparent, monopoly heads with insensible &obsolete managerial skills from the business solutions perspective. Gape holes in the Appraisal system and unclear/frequently changed HR policies: "better is the recession for it's a known evil". Fear and insecurity prevails with uncertain appraisals.
