Its better than becoming a slave in the ancient days.I have never seen anything like this.It is my first company and all my dreams about building my career had gone for a toss after I joined this company.Its a company that provides a handful of fake promises and commitments.It is a company who has got many clients around the world.They will keep the people employed till they have contract with their client.Once the contract is over they will move people out to some other cheap process.If a person wishes to move out of the company the next week he will be terminated with silly reasons.A method where the company makes huge profit by withholding the PF and other allowance of their employees.And as a result all the hardwork done by the employee is wasted.The end result is that he is terminated and he cannot show his work experience. Moreover the HR system in the company is very cheap and of low quality.Once you speak to them you will be confused whether to kill the HR or Kill yourself.Such a low grade company who makes lot of profit by their employees,gives fake promises and recruit poor people.It is actually a big trap and i never will recommend this company to anyone even to my worst enemy. Also the working conditions are really poor without even providing employees with good food and other amenities.The company works 24 x 7 but the stalls in the cafeteria works only in the day and they will remain closed on sundays. Even if they promise to give you 1 lakh per annum please do not join this company as it cannot be even called as a company but a looting organisation.

No management. Agent with good technical and customer care skills becomes agent, mentor, team leader and manager while people that should represent these roles spend entire time chit chatting and gossiping or even watching cartoons. I spend most of my time troubleshooting 3rd party issues assigned to me by managers even though we should not be supporting things not related to eir, training new staff, taking care of complicated issues and not even one thank you goes my way from anyone other than customers. They train staff without giving any bonuses or incentives.
