      Pros

      There are none. People think that they are going to retire from here. That is a joke. The average is 4 years. The management is terrible and out to save themselves.

      Cons

      I have heard that there is an U.S. Federal investigation into the racisim of one of the U.S. teams and their management, a team lead and others. This is indicative of how they operate. These people talk about their executive team who are Indian behind their backs and suck up in their presence to keep a job and resent the indian leaders. This is not a place for advancement, it will derail your career. Good luck, you will need it.

      Nice building, close to Microsoft campus.

      Cons

      If you are Indian, you will do wonderfully and get all the attention and care you would expect from an employer, if you are not, expect little or no respect or acknowledgment. From speaking to other employees that had been there for longer amounts of time, there is very little chance for upward movement within the company, so you better be satisfied with the peanuts.

      Good Healthcare package and employee benefits package.

      Cons

      1) Do not believe the recruiters. They will lie to you. 2) They do not like Americans. It is an Indian company, and they prefer only working with Indians. It is extremely racist. 3) If they hire you as a full time employee for a client, they will fire you immediately after the client does not need you. 4) Do not believe the Employee First nonsense. I have been working for them for 4 months, and I have only physically met 2 two people from the company. There is no employee training or welcome. You are on your own.
