      Pros

      Extremely high paying company, Good equipment for WFH.

      Cons

      Bad management. Extremely disorganized. Toxic work environment(depends on which account) Condescending trainers. Weird process for overtime, night diffs, holiday pays. Yearly increase is account specific. Even having a good paying salary can't outweigh the toxicity of this place. If you manage to land in a good account, stay. Because the salary is what I don't dislike about this company.

      1. Only good for freshers, not so good for laterals.

      Cons

      1. No normalization, if I stay for a long time, my hikes will be minimal, no promotion, no normalization. I am treated very bad in this aspect. 2. As this operates from Chennai, TN, people play politics, non-professional, people do not speak in English during the technical discussions even if they know I do not understand what they speak. 3. Certain managers I worked with are non-professional who do not do their job properly, and expect the team to perform more than the required. If I perform more than the required, there is no adequate rating/salary given.

      If you are awake you are expected to work. If you are asleep, it better not be for more than four hours US citizenship is a liability - it means you are overpaid It is normal for support teams to pass the buck and not actually do any work to help you No boundaries they won’t cross. You have to fight for ANY work/life balance. You will constantly be pressured to do more, work longer, and out your life on hold so they can get every ounce of work you can produce.
